Karen & Mark’s Backyard Wedding in North Raleigh

Karen & Mark (unlike many wedding couples affected by the COVID-19 pandemic) had actually always planned on having an intimate backyard wedding. They have a gorgeous house in North Raleigh with a huge backyard, complete with a Japanese garden. Thank goodness we were able to do their couple’s session prior to the ceremony, allowing us to shoot in that beautiful backyard. Cuz, you know what? It rained cats and dogs later that evening. 😔 That’s supposed to be good luck for the marriage, which Karen & Mark don’t need. They are clearly crazy about each other!
